Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free over $100AUD , so you will have to pay shipping if you spend under that amount.
Who pays for duties and taxes?
We pay for duties and taxes on our end so the price you see is the price you will pay.
How long will shipping take?
We will be doing our best to pack orders + Dispatch within 24hrs however we expect delays may increase this up to 72hrs due to the high volume anticipated

Do I need a code to receive my discount?
No Code Needed, all discounts will be displayed on page + for the first 10 minutes extra 10% will apply in the cart
Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately due to the high volume of orders will be be unable to accommodate any changes after order has been placed - we Suggested wish listing you order in preperation
Can I return my order?
Final sale items are not able to be returned unless faulty under consumer law. These will be clearly marked on the product descriptions.
All other items can be returned for store credit only, please use our easy portal to lodge returns. Returns Portal
Can i use an extra discount code ontop of the sale?
no, tall discounts codes will be disabled until sale has ended this includes welcome discounts
