FAQ

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

For a rough guide though see below:

White boxy tees - go your normal size these are oversize

Regular tees - Size up unless you like a more fitted tee

Oversize tees - go your normal size or size up for a super baggy tee. The size 12-16 are not huge so you should size up if you are a 12/14 or 16

S=8

M=10/12

L=14

Xl=16

Xxl = 16/18

Can I change or cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, get in touch with customer service and we can arrange a return for STORE CREDIT only.

Direct to garment printing important info

Why do some garments have a vinegar smell?

Some garements may arrive with a vinegar smell, or even a small brown mark on them - these come out in the first wash and here’s why its ok:

Unlike traditional screen printing, which wastes water and chemicals, direct to garment (DTG) printing is a more eco-friendly alternative. It uses water-based inks that absorb into the fabric, creating soft, breathable designs without plastic-like layers. The vinegar is the most eco friendly way to cure the prints.

Why its better for the planet:

  • Low waste Prints only whats needed, reducing overproduction.
  • Eco-friendly inks - Water-based and non-toxic.
  • Completely free from heavy metals and Vegan
  • No excess chemicals No harsh solvents or plastisol inks.

Caring for Your Direct to Garment Printed T-Shirt

To keep your T-shirt looking vibrant and feeling soft while reducing environmental impact, follow these care instructions:

  • Wash in cold water to preserve colors and save energy.
  • We love The Dirt Company detergent its gentle on fabric and better for the planet.
  • Turn the T-shirt inside out before washing to protect the print.
  • Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they can weaken the fabric and fade the design.
  • Air-dry whenever possible to extend the life of the print and reduce energy use.

By taking care of your T-shirt, you’re not only keeping it looking fresh but also making a more sustainable choice.
