How Do I Place a Wholesale Order?

To place a wholesale order, use our quick order form link located at the very bottom right of our website. Please note, you must be logged in to access this area.

If you are logged in & it is not working, simply log out & back in, it should then refresh.
Why Isn’t the Wholesale Discount Applying to My Order?

If the wholesale discount isn't applying, there are a couple of things to check:

  • Login at Checkout: If you log in at checkout after adding products to your cart, the discount may not apply. Please log in before adding items to your cart.
  • ShopPay Login Issue: If you use ShopPay, please note that discounts may not apply when logging in via the "Buy with ShopPay" button. We recommend logging in before completing your order.
Can I See Wholesale Pricing Without Logging In?

Wholesale pricing is only visible once you are logged in to your wholesale account. If you're not yet approved, please sign up through our wholesale portal, and we’ll notify you once your account is activated.
How Do I Apply for a Wholesale Account?

To apply for a wholesale account:

  1. Visit the Wholesale Sign-Up Page on our website.
  2. Complete the application form with your business details.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with login instructions.
What Are the Payment Terms?

All orders require payment at the time of purchase. Retail agencies will be able to pay via our online system
How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
What Should I Do If I Can’t Log In or I’m Having Technical Issues?

If you’re having trouble logging in or facing any technical difficulties, please try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Log out and log back in.
